What documents do I need to attach to the application?

The required supporting documents depend on the applicant’s individual circumstances. Additional documents are required in particular from foreign nationals and persons with a relevant long-term stay abroad.

• A document equivalent to an extract from the criminal record of another country, depending on nationality or long-term residence abroad.
• Employment permit – for a foreign national who is required to obtain an employment permit to perform employment in the Czech Republic under Act No. 435/2004 Coll., on Employment.
• A copy of an identity document, in the case of a foreign national who is not registered in the Czech population register.
