How can I provide additional documents for an application that has already been submitted?

Additional documents may be delivered:

• in person to the Civil Aviation Authority’s filing office or by post to: Civil Aviation Authority, K letišti 1149/23, 160 08 Prague 6, Czech Republic;
• via a Data Box;
• by e-mail to podatelna@caa.gov.cz, provided that the submission bears a qualified electronic signature. Without such a signature, the submission must be confirmed or supplemented within 5 days in the manner prescribed by law.

Documents must be submitted in a form that allows their authenticity to be verified. A foreign criminal record extract therefore cannot be submitted merely as a scanned copy; it must be provided as an electronic original or as a document created by means of an authorised conversion.

If you submitted your application through Citizen Identity and are required to provide additional supporting documents, these documents must be submitted without undue delay.
