Invitation to Stakeholder Consultation – Regulation (EU) 2019/317

On behalf of the Civil Aviation Authority of the Czech Republic (CAA CZ), and in accordance with Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/317, in particular Articles 24(3) and 30(1), we would like to invite you to a stakeholder consultation meeting bringing together representatives of airspace users, Prague Airport, the Prague Airport Coordinator, the Civil Aviation Authority and air navigation service providers in the Czech Republic.

The consultation is organised to ensure the appropriate involvement of stakeholders in the implementation of the performance and charging schemes within the framework of the Single European Sky (SES), as required by the above-mentioned Regulation.

The consultation will focus in particular on the proposed unit rates for 2027, the assessment of actual costs for 2025, the cost risk sharing report and other related documentation within the performance and charging scheme framework.

The consultation will take place as follows:

Time: 10:00 CET
Format: Hybrid (in-person and online participation possible)
Location: Air Navigation Services of the Czech Republic, State Enterprise, IATCC Conference Hall, Jeneč near Prague

If you wish to participate, please register at nsa@caa.gov.cz no later than 15 June 2026. When registering, please indicate whether you will be participating online or in person at the IATCC in Jeneč.

The agenda, supporting documentation and instructions for online participation will be sent to registered participants no later than 23 June 2026. Registered participants attending in person will be asked to provide their personal information in order to gain access to the IATCC facility in Jeneč.
