Informace o výpadku příjmu podání

Vážení uživatelé,

dovolujeme si vás informovat, že ve dnech 2. 3. až 4. 3. 2026 jsme se potýkali s technickými problémy při podávání žádostí o vydání oprávnění k provozu/letu.

Oproti prvotnímu zjištění jsme aktuálně identifikovali, že technické problémy zasáhly i další portálová řešení a podatelnu úřadu. Upozorňujeme tak, že pokud jste činili v těchto dnech podání vůči úřadu, nemuselo nám být doručeno.

Doporučujeme vám, pokud jste neobdrželi z naší strany automatizované potvrzení o zaevidování Vašeho podání, abyste podání opětovně podali.

Omlouváme se za případné obtíže Vám tímto způsobené a děkujeme za pochopení.

We would like to inform you that between March 2 and March 4, 2026, we experienced technical issues whith the submission of applications for operating/flight permits.

Contrary to our initial findings, we have identified that the technical issues also affected other portal solutions and the authority’s filing office. Please note that if you submitted an application to the authority during this period, it may not have been delivered to us.

If you have not received an automated confirmation of receipt of your submission from us, we recommend that you resubmit it.
