How can I submit an application for reliability verification?

The application is completed using an online form. You may choose one of the following two methods:

• Using Citizen Identity (NIA ID) – once completed and submitted, the application is delivered directly to the Civil Aviation Authority. There is no need to print, sign or submit it again.
• Without signing in through Citizen Identity (NIA ID) – the online form is used only to complete the application. The form must then be printed, signed by hand and delivered to the Civil Aviation Authority in person, by post or via the Data Box of a private individual.

Completing the online form without signing in through Citizen Identity does not constitute submission of the application.

The signed application must be delivered to the Civil Aviation Authority within 3 months of the date on which the form was created. After this period, the record will be automatically deleted from the application and a new form must be created.
