Overflight of an Aircraft with a Standard Certificate of Airworthiness (CofA)

Permission for entry into the airspace of the Czech Republic is not required for aircraft holding a standard Certificate of Airworthiness (CofA) issued in accordance with the Convention on International Civil Aviation dated 7 December 1944.

In such cases, the submission of a standard flight plan shall be deemed sufficient.
