According to § 4 (2) of Act No. 49/1997 Coll., on Civil Aviation, as amended, the following information concerning an aircraft is entered in the Aircraft Register:
- owner;
- operator;
- registration mark;
- aircraft type and serial number;
- other basic technical information—aircraft category, manufacturer, colour, maximum number of persons on board during the flight, and maximum MTOW (§ 1a(1) of Act No. 108/1997 Coll.);
- creation of a lien;
- aircraft address, if assigned;
- date of entry of the aircraft in/ deletion of the aircraft from the Aircraft Register;
- any other information prescribed by a specific legal regulation.
