The applicant must meet the requirements of integrity and trustworthiness.
Integrity is assessed mainly on the basis of final convictions for criminal offences specified by law.
Trustworthiness is assessed with regard to any potential security risk to civil aviation. A binding opinion is issued by the Police of the Czech Republic.
