ÚCL oznamuje veřejnosti, že motor M601D, S/N 862002, instalovaný na letadle L-410 UVP-LW, reg. zn. YV-1515, je letově nezpůsobily.
Jedná se o podezřelý díl opatřený padělaným osvědčením o uvolnění do provozu (Formulář 1 EASA) po GO, jak bylo potvrzeno organizací údržby GE Aviation Czech.
