All applicants for a medical certificate must have their personal registration number before undergoing the medical examination. This number must be presented to the aeromedical examiner or aeromedical center and will also serve as the number of their medical certificate. Information for new applicants on how to obtain a registration number, if they do not yet hold any licence, is available on the page Application for Issuance of a Registration Number.
