What legislation governs reliability verification?

Reliability verification is governed in particular by Section 85e et seq. of Act No. 49/1997 Coll., on Civil Aviation, as amended.

The procedural aspects are governed by Act No. 500/2004 Coll., the Administrative Procedure Code, as amended.

At European Union level, the relevant rules are laid down in particular by Regulation (EC) No 300/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1998, as amended.
