I need to provide a criminal record extract from Ukraine. Can I replace it with a statutory declaration?

No. A Ukrainian criminal record extract can be obtained through the competent Ukrainian authorities. The Civil Aviation Authority therefore does not accept a statutory declaration as a substitute.
