How do I apply for the issue or amendment of a Part-66 AML?

An application for the issue, extension, renewal or other amendment of a Part-66 AML must be submitted using EASA Form 19.

Applications may be submitted:

1. in person to the Civil Aviation Authority,
2. through the applicant’s official electronic data mailbox (where applicable),
3. by post.

The supporting documentation depends on the type of application (e.g. evidence of basic knowledge, practical experience, type training or OJT).
