Jaké jsou podmínky vrácení dokladu o spolehlivosti, jakmile uplyne jeho platnost?

Držitelům dokladu o spolehlivosti s končící platností jsou zasílány notifikace o povinnosti vrátit tento doklad po uplynutí jeho platnosti. Tato povinnost se vztahuje pouze na doklad vydaný v listinné formě (tj. doklad jste obdrželi fyzicky poštou nebo jste si jej vyzvedli osobně). Tato povinnost se nevztahuje na doklady zaslané elektronicky (e-mailem, datovou schránkou).
