Potřebuji doložit výpis z trestního rejstříku z Ukrajiny. Mohu tento výpis vzhledem k mimořádným událostem nahradit čestným prohlášením?

Ne. Vzhledem ke skutečnosti, že Ukrajinské velvyslanectví v ČR poskytuje výpisy z ukrajinských rejstříků trestů (https://czechia.mfa.gov.ua/konsulski-pitannya/dovidka-pro-ne-prityagnennya-do-kriminalnoyi-vidpovidalnosti-nesudimist), Úřad s účinností od 15. 6. 2022 přestal dočasně akceptovat čestná prohlášení o bezúhonnosti nahrazující výpisy z ukrajinských rejstříků trestů.
