Byl aktualizován postup CAA-ZLP-143 (změna č. 4) týkající se schválených organizací pro výcvik údržby (MTO). Aktualizace zahrnuje změnu struktury postupu, změnu kvalifikačních požadavků na personál MTO a úpravu oznamovací povinnosti výcviku a zkoušek.
