Application for Issuance of a Registration Number – pdf
The registration number serves as a unique identifier of a natural person in the records of the Civil Aviation Authority of the Czech Republic. This number is permanent and remains assigned to the applicant for as long as they are registered in the records of the CAA CZ. A person who has already been issued a licence or a validation by the CAA CZ does not need to apply for a registration number, as it was assigned at the time the licence or validation was issued.
The registration number also serves as the basis for creating the numbers of individual documents, where, in combination with various letters, it is used for example as the number of a medical certificate or the number of a licence.
The assignment of a registration number also supports the digitalisation of CAA processes, as it enables the automatic linking of electronic records to the individual already during training and examinations.
