\nA list of air carriers subject to an operating ban within the Community.\ufeff\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 22 March 2006, the European Commission adopted a Community list, i.e. a list of air carriers which are subject to\nan operating ban within the Community. The above measure was taken on the basis of Regulation (EC) No 2111\/2005\nof the European Parliament and of the Council<\/strong> of 14 December 2005. Community list itself was then published by\nCommission Regulation (EC) No 474\/2006<\/strong> of 22 March 2006. Those regulations can be found, together with\ntheir amendments and other relevant regulations and information, in appropriate categories below.\ufeff<\/p>\n\n\n\n
