Since 31st<\/sup> December 2020 the common European regulatory framework for unmanned aircraft systems UAS is implemented in the Czech Republic.<\/strong> For more information on the common EU framework please visit https:\/\/www.easa.europa.eu\/domains\/civil-drones<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For cross-border operation according to Article 13 <\/strong>of the Commission implementing regulation (EU) 2019\/947 of 24 May 2019, as amended, please use the following application form:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please be aware that for all UAS operated in the Czech Republic, regardless of the purpose of use (Recreational and Sport Flying \/ Aerial Work \/ Corporate Flights), special operational conditions apply, including airspace limitations and geographical zones. The corresponding general measure establishing these geographical zones can be found here (available in Czech only): https:\/\/www.caa.gov.cz\/provoz\/bezpilotni-letadla\/zemepisne-zony\/prehled-zemepisnych-zon-pro-bezpilotni-systemy-bez-vlivu-na-klasicky-provoz-s-pilotem-na-palube\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For practical interpretation, we recommend using the digital map available at the DroneMap<\/strong> website (https:\/\/dronemap.gov.cz\/index.php?lang=2<\/a>) to display the exact boundaries of the geographical zones and the applicable operational conditions within them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
