If the air carrier does not provide an answer within 2 months, or its answer is not satisfactory, only then the passenger submits the <strong>online complaint form available at the following link<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/kompenzace.caa.cz\/\">https:\/\/kompenzace.caa.cz\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Attachments:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>power of attorney (mandatory, if the passenger is represented by person other than passenger\u00b4s family member\/relative),<\/li><li>reservation or boarding pass (voluntarily),<\/li><li>copy of ID (voluntarily;
