Agentura EASA uve\u0159ejnila na sv\u00fdch internetov\u00fdch str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch rozhodnut\u00ed v\u00fdkonn\u00e9ho \u0159editele EASA:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rozhodnut\u00ed 2025\/018\/R \u2013 Regular update of the AMC and GM to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019\/947 \u2014 Operation of drones in the \u2018open\u2019 and \u2018specific\u2019 category<\/strong> a jeho p\u0159\u00edlohu AMC & GM to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019\/947 \u2014 Issue 1, Amendment 3<\/strong>, viz odkaz n\u00ed\u017ee.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

T\u00edmto rozhodnut\u00edm se m\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159ijateln\u00e9 zp\u016fsoby pr\u016fkazu (AMC) a poradensk\u00fd materi\u00e1l (GM) k prov\u00e1d\u011bc\u00edmu na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed (EU) 2019\/947 s c\u00edlem zav\u00e9st nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed verzi bal\u00ed\u010dku SORA 2.5<\/strong> vypracovanou JARUS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Toto rozhodnut\u00ed, t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se SORA 2.5, vstupuje v platnost okam\u017eit\u011b, tj. 30. z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2025. <\/strong>Z\u00e1rove\u0148 podle \u010dl. 2 rozhodnut\u00ed z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 v platnosti SORA 2.0 vydan\u00e1 rozhodnut\u00edm 2019\/021\/R. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee pokud byla pod\u00e1na \u017e\u00e1dost za pou\u017eit\u00ed SORA 2.0, neznamen\u00e1 to nutnost pod\u00e1vat \u017e\u00e1dost novou \u010di m\u011bnit zaslanou dokumentaci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
