Obdob\u00ed od roku 1948 do roku 1968 bylo z pohledu formov\u00e1n\u00ed syst\u00e9mu st\u00e1tn\u00edho dozoru z\u00e1sadn\u00ed nejen kv\u016fli tomu, \u017ee se v roce 1965 poprv\u00e9 setk\u00e1v\u00e1me se St\u00e1tn\u00ed leteckou inspekc\u00ed. V Leteck\u00e9m odboru byly soust\u0159ed\u011bny \u010dinnosti dislokovan\u00fdch organiza\u010dn\u00edch slo\u017eek-slu\u017eeben zabezpe\u010dovac\u00ed slu\u017eby leteck\u00e9, zaji\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed provozu a v\u00fdstavby leti\u0161\u0165, tra\u0165ov\u00fdch a leti\u0161tn\u00edch pozemn\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed (LPZ), \u0159editelstv\u00ed a spr\u00e1vy leti\u0161\u0165, stavebn\u00ed spr\u00e1vy, jejich\u017e pracovn\u00edky byli zam\u011bstnanci MD. T\u00edmto centr\u00e1ln\u00edm zp\u016fsobem \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed civiln\u00edho letectv\u00ed MD, prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm Leteck\u00e9ho odboru, vytvo\u0159ilo podm\u00ednky pro z\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed vlastn\u00ed St\u00e1tn\u00ed leteck\u00e9 spr\u00e1vy (SLS I.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pozn\u00e1mka \u010d. 12) <\/strong>Vybran\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na LPZ, musela b\u00fdt pravideln\u011b podrobov\u00e1na zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00edmu p\u0159ezkoum\u00e1n\u00ed a schv\u00e1len\u00ed odborn\u00fdm org\u00e1nem. Tuto \u010dinnost Z\u00e1kon ukl\u00e1dal MD, do jeho\u017e resortn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161nosti byla za\u010dlen\u011bna SLS I. jako\u017eto jedin\u00fd odborn\u00fd org\u00e1n v&nbsp;civiln\u00edm letectv\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V Praze vznikla \u201eRadiotechnick\u00e1 zku\u0161ebna zabezpe\u010dovac\u00ed slu\u017eby leteck\u00e9\u201c (RZK) s&nbsp;pracovi\u0161ti r\u00e1dio, slaboproud a Vys\u00edlac\u00ed \u00fast\u0159ed\u00ed Jene\u010d s&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u011b vybaven\u00fdmi laborato\u0159emi, d\u00edlnami pro \u00fadr\u017ebu a opravy LPZ, centr\u00e1ln\u00edm skladem materi\u00e1lu, p\u0159\u00edstroj\u016f apod.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RZK zaji\u0161\u0165ovala:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>kontroly technick\u00fdch parametr\u016f radiotechnick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, elektronick\u00fdch sd\u011blovac\u00edch a zabezpe\u010dovac\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na leti\u0161t\u00edch v&nbsp;\u010cech\u00e1ch a na Morav\u011b<\/li><li>laboratorn\u00ed m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed pro leti\u0161tn\u00ed d\u00edlny \u00fadr\u017eby<\/li><li>\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed obsluhy a \u00fadr\u017eby LPZ z&nbsp;hlediska odbornosti<\/li><li>obsluhu a \u00fadr\u017ebu sv\u011bteln\u00fdch leti\u0161tn\u00edch maj\u00e1k\u016f<\/li><li>pravideln\u00e9 prohl\u00eddky a preventivn\u00ed \u00fadr\u017ebu radiov\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed<\/li><li>korekce zam\u011b\u0159ova\u010d\u016f \u201ekorek\u010dn\u00edmi lety\u201c (dnes: letov\u00e9 ov\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed \u010di kalibra\u010dn\u00ed lety) a pozemn\u00edm m\u011b\u0159en\u00edm <strong><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Krom\u011b uveden\u00fdch \u010dinnost\u00ed byla samoz\u0159ejm\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dast z\u00e1stupce RZK p\u0159i imatrikulaci \u010ds. dopravn\u00edch letadel, ov\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed funkce palubn\u00edho komunika\u010dn\u00edho, naviga\u010dn\u00edho a p\u0159ist\u00e1vac\u00edho vybaven\u00ed. Z&nbsp;po\u010d\u00e1tku byl pro \u201ekorek\u010dn\u00ed lety\u201c LPZ pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n n\u011bmeck\u00fd stroj Si 204D \u201eSiebel\u201c (verze C-103B) im. zn. OK-ZDQ a americk\u00e9 stroje \u201eDouglas DC-3\u201c (OK-WAV, OK-WAJ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Letov\u00e9 ov\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u00e1 svoji bohatou historii pokra\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed ji\u017e t\u0159et\u00ed generac\u00ed specialist\u016f na st\u00e1le zdokonalovan\u00e1 radiokomunika\u010dn\u00ed, radionaviga\u010dn\u00ed, radioloka\u010dn\u00ed a podobn\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, s plej\u00e1dou zku\u0161en\u00fdch pilot\u016f postupn\u011b l\u00e9taj\u00edc\u00ed na t\u011bch nejmodern\u011bj\u0161\u00ed kalibra\u010dn\u00edch speci\u00e1lech, p\u0159i&nbsp;velk\u00e9 odpov\u011bdnosti za bezpe\u010dnost letov\u00e9ho provozu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>30.&nbsp;12.&nbsp;1948&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>Nabyl \u00fa\u010dinnosti z\u00e1kon \u010d. 311\/1948 Sb., o n\u00e1rodn\u00edch dopravn\u00edch podnic\u00edch, ze dne 22. 12. 1948<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Po r. 1948 byla organiza\u010dn\u00ed struktura \u010ds. letectv\u00ed p\u0159izp\u016fsobov\u00e1na pot\u0159eb\u00e1m v\u00fdvoje legislativy, p\u0159edpisov\u00e9 oblasti, \u010dasto m\u011bn\u011bna a bylo hled\u00e1no optim\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed cel\u00e9ho odv\u011btv\u00ed leteck\u00e9 dopravy, dokonce v&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9m seskupen\u00ed s&nbsp;jej\u00edm provozovatelem<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.&nbsp;1.&nbsp;1949&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>Z\u00e1konem \u010d. 311\/1948 Sb. zest\u00e1tn\u011bn\u00e9 \u010cSA se staly n\u00e1rodn\u00edm podnikem s&nbsp;vlastn\u00edm organiza\u010dn\u00edm statutem na z\u00e1klad\u011b Vl\u00e1dn\u00edho na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed \u010d. 128\/1949 Sb. ze dne&nbsp;10.&nbsp;5.&nbsp;1949<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.&nbsp;7.&nbsp;1952&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>Ministrem dopravy byl jmenov\u00e1n Anton\u00edn POSP\u00cd\u0160IL (14.&nbsp;12.&nbsp;1951 \u2013 8.&nbsp;1.&nbsp;1958)<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.&nbsp;8.&nbsp;1952&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>Vl\u00e1dn\u00edm na\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm \u010d.&nbsp;34\/1952 Sb., o organizaci silni\u010dn\u00ed, leteck\u00e9 a vodn\u00ed dopravy a cestovn\u00edm ruchu byl n\u00e1rodn\u00ed podnik \u010cSA zru\u0161en a slou\u010den s Leteck\u00fdm odborem MD do seskupen\u00ed \u201eHlavn\u00ed spr\u00e1va civiln\u00edho letectv\u00ed \u010ceskoslovensk\u00e9 republiky-\u010ceskoslovensk\u00e9 aerolinie\u201c (HSCL-\u010cSA), samostatn\u00e9 pr\u00e1vnick\u00e9 osoby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ta v&nbsp;z\u00e1le\u017eitostech civiln\u00edho letectv\u00ed p\u0159evzala p\u016fsobnost i slovensk\u00e9ho Poverenictva dopravy. Krom\u011b vlastn\u00edho provozu, po sov\u011btsk\u00e9m vzoru a bez legislativn\u00edch \u00faprav, byly na \u010cSA p\u0159evedeny spr\u00e1vy dopravn\u00edch leti\u0161\u0165, v\u00fdstavba, \u00fadr\u017eba a v&nbsp;cel\u00e9m rozsahu i zaji\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a v\u00fdkonn\u00e9 \u010dinnosti slu\u017eeb \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed letov\u00e9ho provozu. V tehdej\u0161\u00ed terminologii \u201eLeteck\u00e1 dispe\u010dersk\u00e1 slu\u017eba\u201c, lete\u010dt\u00ed kontrolo\u0159i se stali leteck\u00fdmi dispe\u010dery a m\u00edsto b\u011b\u017en\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch p\u0159edpis\u016f ICAO se narychlo pou\u017e\u00edvaly p\u0159ekl\u00e1dan\u00e9 p\u0159edpisy SSSR. \u010cSA se poprv\u00e9 staly jedinou organizac\u00ed \u010ds. civiln\u00edho letectv\u00ed \u0159\u00edzenou MD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V seskupen\u00ed HSCL\/\u010cSA \u010dasem st\u00e1le v\u00edce a v\u00edce nar\u016fstaly probl\u00e9my<\/strong><strong> v chaotick\u00e9m uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed, vz\u00e1jemn\u011b nevyjasn\u011bn\u00fdch vztaz\u00edch, obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9m \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed p\u0159i up\u0159ednost\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed operativn\u00edch \u00fakol\u016f, pln\u011bn\u00ed pl\u00e1nu a rozvoje na \u00fakor oslabov\u00e1n\u00ed bezpe\u010dnosti, ekonomiky aj. P<\/strong><strong>o \u010dty\u0159ech letech byl cel\u00fd koncept uzn\u00e1n jako nevhodn\u00fd.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.&nbsp;6.&nbsp;1956&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>V&nbsp;Praze p\u0159ist\u00e1l prvn\u00ed TU-104G im. zn CCCP-L5413. Bylo z\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee se bl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed \u00e9ra proudov\u00fdch dopravn\u00edch letadel, na kterou na\u0161e leti\u0161t\u011b nejsou p\u0159ipravena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.&nbsp;7.&nbsp;1956&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>Vl\u00e1da schv\u00e1lila n\u00e1vrh r\u00e1mce novely Leteck\u00e9ho z\u00e1kona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>31.&nbsp;7.&nbsp;1956&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>Hlavn\u00ed spr\u00e1va civiln\u00edho letectv\u00ed zanikla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.&nbsp;8.&nbsp;1956&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>Podle \u00a72 odst. 2 Vl\u00e1dn\u00edho na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed \u010d. 44\/1954 Sb., o organizaci ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 dopravy v&nbsp;oboru MD vznikly \u010cSA jako samostatn\u00e1 pr\u00e1vnick\u00e1 osoba s opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00edm pou\u017e\u00edvat ozna\u010den\u00ed \u201e\u010cSA\u201c. S\u00eddlem se stal pal\u00e1c v&nbsp;Praze 1, N\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed republiky \u010d. 8, bl\u00edzko Josefsk\u00fdch kas\u00e1ren (pozd\u011bji Ji\u0159\u00edho z&nbsp;Pod\u011bbrad) s\u00eddla prvn\u00edho Leteck\u00e9ho sboru \u010ds. arm\u00e1dy z&nbsp;r. 1918.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>19.&nbsp;9.&nbsp;1956&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>\u00dastavn\u011b pr\u00e1vn\u00ed v\u00fdbor N\u00e1rodn\u00edho shrom\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed (NS) projednal novelu Leteck\u00e9ho z\u00e1kona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>24.&nbsp;9.&nbsp;1956&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>NS jednomysln\u011b novelu<strong> <\/strong>schv\u00e1lilo a vyhl\u00e1silo jako z\u00e1kon \u010d. 47\/1956 Sb., o civiln\u00edm letectv\u00ed, kter\u00fd po jedenat\u0159iceti letech nahradil prvn\u00ed \u010ds. Leteck\u00fd z\u00e1kon \u010d. 172\/1952 Sb., ze dne&nbsp;8.&nbsp;7.&nbsp;1925.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.&nbsp;10.&nbsp;1956&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>Z\u00e1kon \u010d. 49\/1956 Sb. nabyl \u00fa\u010dinnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To se ji\u017e p\u0159ipravovala v&nbsp;po\u0159ad\u00ed t\u0159et\u00ed reorganizace civiln\u00edho letectv\u00ed a pro p\u0159idru\u017een\u00e9 hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 a provozn\u00ed \u010dinnosti.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.&nbsp;8.&nbsp;1956&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>Do\u0161lo k&nbsp;obnov\u011b \u010cSA a v&nbsp;MD vznikl nov\u00fd organiza\u010dn\u00ed \u00fatvar \u201e\u00dast\u0159edn\u00ed spr\u00e1va civiln\u00edho letectv\u00ed\u201c (\u00daSCL) pro zaji\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fakol\u016f st\u00e1tn\u00ed spr\u00e1vy civiln\u00edho letectv\u00ed a \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed podniku <strong>\u010cSA<\/strong> v&nbsp;oblasti hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9, provozn\u00ed a technick\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Od p\u0159edchoz\u00edho stavu v&nbsp;z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u010dinnostech sice byla odd\u011blena hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e1 \u010dinnost \u010cSA a \u00dast\u0159edn\u00ed spr\u00e1va civiln\u00edho letectv\u00ed (\u00daSCL v&nbsp;MD), av\u0161ak ned\u016fsledn\u00e9 zm\u011bny se projevovaly opakovan\u011b. Zkreslovaly hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky, doch\u00e1zelo ke komplikac\u00edm, oslabov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00edch funkc\u00ed, koncep\u010dn\u00edch normotvorn\u00fdch a kontroln\u00edch \u00fakol\u016f st\u00e1tn\u00ed spr\u00e1vy apod.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z \u010dinnost\u00ed \u00daSCL byly v&nbsp;\u010cSA ponech\u00e1ny slu\u017eby \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a zabezpe\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed leteck\u00e9ho provozu <strong>&#8211; <\/strong>spr\u00e1va, v\u00fdstavba a \u00fadr\u017eba dopravn\u00edch leti\u0161\u0165. \u00daSCL, jedin\u00fd org\u00e1n st\u00e1tn\u00ed spr\u00e1vy v&nbsp;civiln\u00edm letectv\u00ed, naopak zaji\u0161\u0165oval \u010dinnosti v\u00fdkonn\u00e9 povahy:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>zkou\u0161ky zp\u016fsobilosti leteck\u00e9ho person\u00e1lu<\/li><li>p\u0159ezku\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed letadel a leteck\u00e9 techniky<\/li><li>veden\u00ed Leteck\u00e9ho rejst\u0159\u00edku<\/li><li>Leteckou informa\u010dn\u00ed slu\u017ebu<\/li><li>\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed leteck\u00fdch nehod<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pozn\u00e1mka \u010d.9)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>Uvol\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edho nap\u011bt\u00ed, rozvoj leteck\u00e9 dopravy a \u010dinnosti neslou\u017e\u00edc\u00ed leteck\u00fdm dopravc\u016fm ani provozovatel\u016fm, proti smyslu zvy\u0161ovaly pod\u00edly na celkov\u00fdch v\u00fdkonech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.&nbsp;11.&nbsp;1957&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>P\u0159ist\u00e1n\u00ed prvn\u00edho z&nbsp;\u0161esti TU-104 \u201eTupolev\u016f\u201c \u010cSA, im. zn. Sou\u010dasn\u011b byl vytvo\u0159en z\u00e1klad pro pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00ed vytvo\u0159en\u00ed St\u00e1tn\u00ed leteck\u00e9 inspekce (SLI I.). Z&nbsp;mnoha hledisek se SLS II. stala v\u00fdkonn\u00fdm subjektem civiln\u00edho letectv\u00ed, kter\u00fd realizoval mnoh\u00e9 d\u0159\u00edve t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 ne\u0159e\u0161iteln\u00e9 z\u00e1m\u011bry, zv\u00fd\u0161il celkovou presti\u017e a \u00farove\u0148 poskytovan\u00fdch leteck\u00fdch slu\u017eeb.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro o\u017eiven\u00ed a rozvoj leteck\u00e9 dopravy hlavn\u011b po n\u00e1stupu proudov\u00fdch letadel do pravideln\u00e9ho provozu, v&nbsp;d\u016fsledku zm\u011bn jeho charakteru, byla upravov\u00e1na pravidla v\u00fdkonu st\u00e1tn\u00edho dozoru v&nbsp;oboru, realizov\u00e1ny zm\u011bny v p\u0159edpisech, vytv\u00e1\u0159eny nov\u00e9 sm\u011brnice, zav\u00e1d\u011bny nov\u00e9 postupy, leti\u0161t\u011b nov\u00fdm po\u017eadavk\u016fm p\u0159izp\u016fsobovala odbavovac\u00ed prostory pro cestuj\u00edc\u00ed apod. V&nbsp;zabezpe\u010dovac\u00ed leteck\u00e9 technice byly zav\u00e1d\u011bny p\u0159ehledov\u00e9 a p\u0159ibli\u017eovac\u00ed radiolok\u00e1tory a za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed dle norem ICAO (syst\u00e9m ILS a VOR), p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e slu\u017eby \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed letov\u00e9ho provozu prosazovaly pln\u00e9 respektov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159edpis\u016f a postup\u016f ICAO. Nov\u00e9 p\u0159edpisy a legislativa vy\u017eadovaly navy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed po\u010dtu person\u00e1lu, dal\u0161\u00ed kvalifika\u010dn\u00ed po\u017eadavky a zkvalit\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdcviku, p\u0159ednostn\u011b leteck\u00e9ho person\u00e1lu aj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>11.&nbsp;7.&nbsp;1960&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>F. VLAS\u00c1K se stal ministrem dopravy a spoj\u016f. Vl\u00e1da k&nbsp;odstran\u011bn\u00ed dosavadn\u00edch nedostatk\u016f a ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnosti organizace \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 spr\u00e1vy a \u00fast\u0159edn\u00edch \u00fa\u0159ad\u016f civiln\u00edho letectv\u00ed p\u0159ijala dal\u0161\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.&nbsp;1.&nbsp;1961&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>V&nbsp;pojet\u00ed z\u00e1kona \u010d. 101\/1960 Sb., ze dne&nbsp;11.&nbsp;7.&nbsp;1960 o slou\u010den\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00fdch ministerstev, n\u00e1sledn\u011b Opat\u0159en\u00edm \u010d. j. 5&nbsp;982\/61 ze dne 30.&nbsp;1.&nbsp;1961 byla slou\u010dena Ministerstva dopravy a Ministerstva spoj\u016f do Ministerstva dopravy a spoj\u016f. Sou\u010dasn\u011b byl upraven statut SLS II.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.&nbsp;1.&nbsp;1963&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>Na kr\u00e1tkou dobu (do 20.9.1963) MDS vedl Franti\u0161ek VOK\u00c1\u010c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>20.&nbsp;9.&nbsp;1963&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>MDS p\u0159evzal Alois JINDRA na dobu necel\u00fdch p\u011bti let (do 8.&nbsp;4.&nbsp;1968).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V\u00fdvoj letectv\u00ed ve SLS II. zp\u016fsoboval st\u00e1le v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed soust\u0159e\u010fov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdkonn\u00fdch \u010dinnost\u00ed a p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9ho dozoru nad leteckou technikou, provozem leti\u0161\u0165, v&nbsp;\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed letov\u00e9ho provozu apod. K&nbsp;tomu byly vzn\u00e1\u0161eny n\u00e1mitky, kter\u00e9 op\u011bt vedly k organiza\u010dn\u00edm zm\u011bn\u00e1m.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po dohod\u011b ministra dopravy se z\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00fdmi \u00fast\u0159edn\u00edmi org\u00e1ny v souladu s \u00a7 4 odst. 2 z\u00e1kona \u010d. 203\/1964&nbsp;Sb., o \u00faprav\u011b n\u011bkter\u00fdch \u00fakol\u016f st\u00e1tn\u00ed spr\u00e1vy v&nbsp;civiln\u00edm letectv\u00ed, s&nbsp;pou\u017eit\u00edm \u00a7 67 a \u00a7 68 z\u00e1kona \u010d. 47\/1956 Sb., o civiln\u00edm letectv\u00ed a Vyhl\u00e1\u0161ky \u010d. 209\/1964 Sb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dnem <strong>1.&nbsp;1.&nbsp;1965&nbsp;SLS II <\/strong>zanikla.
