Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed komise pro leteckou navigaci (ICAN &#8211; International Commission for Air Navigation). Dr. Anton\u00edna HOBZU, zakladatele \u010deskoslovensk\u00e9ho mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edho pr\u00e1va, \u010dlena Institutu mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edho pr\u00e1va a \u010dlena St\u00e1l\u00e9ho rozhod\u010d\u00edho soudu, ke spolupr\u00e1ci na p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b Kodexu mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edho leteck\u00e9ho pr\u00e1va. Sou\u010dasn\u011b byl po\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1n o z\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed \u010ceskoslovensk\u00e9ho pr\u00e1vn\u00edho v\u00fdboru pro letectv\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>27.&nbsp;2.&nbsp;1922&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>Dr. A. Hobza po\u017eadavek CINA p\u0159edal Ministerstvu obrany s&nbsp;doporu\u010den\u00edm na z\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed \u010ds. pr\u00e1vn\u00edho v\u00fdboru v&nbsp;\u010dele se zku\u0161en\u00fdmi poln\u00edmi piloty, kpt. A. CHARV\u00c1TEM &nbsp;a kpt. R. ELLNEREM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>25.&nbsp;9. \u2013 30.&nbsp;9.&nbsp;1922 <\/strong>V&nbsp;Praze se uskute\u010dnil \u201eV. mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed kongres o leteck\u00e9m pr\u00e1vu\u201c v&nbsp;gesci \u010ceskoslovensk\u00e9ho pr\u00e1vn\u00edho v\u00fdboru na z\u00e1klad\u011b po\u017eadavku CINA, \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky ozna\u010den za \u201evelmi zda\u0159il\u00fd\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pozn\u00e1mka \u010d. 5)<\/strong>&nbsp;V\u00fdznamn\u00fdm p\u0159isp\u011bn\u00edm Dr. Hobzy vzniklo \u010desk\u00e9 leteck\u00e9 n\u00e1zvoslov\u00ed a \u010ds. pobo\u010dka Sdru\u017een\u00ed pro mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed pr\u00e1vo, pozd\u011bji jako samostatn\u00e9 \u010ceskoslovensk\u00e9 sdru\u017een\u00ed pro mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed pr\u00e1vo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1923&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>\u010ceskoslovensk\u00e9 civiln\u00ed letectv\u00ed \u0159\u00eddilo Ministerstva ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch prac\u00ed (MVP) prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm Leteck\u00e9ho odboru III.B. (LO III.B.) veden\u00fd sek\u010dn\u00edm \u0161\u00e9fem Ing. JANOTOU. Mezi nejbli\u017e\u0161\u00edmi spolupracovn\u00edky byl ministersk\u00fd rada Ing. PECOLD (Odbor 1.A-5b), vrchn\u00ed stavebn\u00ed rada Ing. Zden\u011bk JAN\u00c1K (Odbor IV-17b), vrchn\u00ed rada Ing. Anton\u00edn BREBERA (Odd. XIIa), vrchn\u00ed rada Ing. MERHAUT (Odd. Bed\u0159ich TRNKA, od r. 1919 \u2013 03\/1937 \u0159editel civiln\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti leti\u0161t\u011b Kbely, od 5.&nbsp;4.&nbsp;1937 \u2013 15.&nbsp;3.&nbsp;1939 \u0159editel \u201eSt\u00e1tn\u00edho civiln\u00edho dopravn\u00edho leti\u0161t\u011b Praha\u201c v&nbsp;Ruzyni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>23.&nbsp;11.&nbsp;1923 <\/strong>\u010ceskoslovensko ratifikovalo Pa\u0159\u00ed\u017eskou \u00famluvu. Akt byl prvn\u00edm velk\u00fdm \u00fakolem i \u00fasp\u011bchem Leteck\u00e9ho odboru MVP. Pos\u00edlil politick\u00e9 uzn\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00e9ho st\u00e1tu uprost\u0159ed nov\u00e9 Evropy s&nbsp;letectv\u00edm mezi nejvysp\u011blej\u0161\u00edmi, nap\u0159. Franci\u00ed, Holandskem, N\u011bmeckem, V. Brit\u00e1ni\u00ed, It\u00e1li\u00ed, Polskem aj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8.&nbsp;7.&nbsp;1925&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>Z\u00e1sady Pa\u0159\u00ed\u017esk\u00e9 \u00famluvy uveden\u00e9 ve vnitrost\u00e1tn\u00ed platnost a dal\u0161\u00ed nezbytn\u00e9 \u00fapravy pr\u00e1vn\u00edch pom\u011br\u016f v&nbsp;\u010ds. letectv\u00ed (i v ot\u00e1zk\u00e1ch touto konvenc\u00ed nedot\u010den\u00fdch) vedly ke vzniku prvn\u00edho \u010ds. z\u00e1kona \u010d. 172\/1925 Sb., o letectv\u00ed. Ve zn\u011bn\u00ed z\u00e1kona \u010d. 48\/1938 Sb., se stal odrazem spole\u010densk\u00e9ho \u0159\u00e1du sv\u00e9 doby. Chr\u00e1nil &nbsp;pokojn\u00e9 u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed pozemk\u016f, objekt\u016f a ostatn\u00edch p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f na \u201eplo\u0161e, p\u0159es kter\u00e9 se let\u00ed.\u201c Provozov\u00e1n\u00ed leteck\u00e9 dopravy a leti\u0161\u0165 vych\u00e1zelo ze \u017eivnostensk\u00e9ho podnik\u00e1n\u00ed, ale leteckou \u010dinnost a leteck\u00fd provoz z\u00e1kon neupravoval. P\u0159edpokl\u00e1dal, \u017ee zku\u0161enosti z\u00edskan\u00e9 p\u0159i dal\u0161\u00edm rozvoji letectv\u00ed budou vy\u017eadovat zm\u011bny a dopln\u011bn\u00ed, ale p\u0159i ka\u017ed\u00e9 zm\u011bn\u011b nebude t\u0159eba v\u017edy \u201euv\u00e1d\u011bt v&nbsp;pohyb st\u00e1tn\u00ed apar\u00e1t\u201c. Vl\u00e1du zmocnil, aby na\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm vyd\u00e1vala leteck\u00e9 p\u0159edpisy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>18.&nbsp;3. \u2013 12.&nbsp;10.&nbsp;1926&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>V&nbsp;\u00fa\u0159ednick\u00e9 vl\u00e1d\u011b Jana \u010cERN\u00c9HO st\u00e1l v&nbsp;\u010dele Ministerstva ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch prac\u00ed Ing. V\u00e1clav ROUB\u00cdK, osm\u00fd ministr v&nbsp;po\u0159ad\u00ed, s v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm pod\u00edlem na p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b \u201eZ\u00e1kladn\u00ed v\u00fdstavby leti\u0161t\u011b v&nbsp;Praze\/Ruzyni\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.&nbsp;7.&nbsp;1927&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>Vznikla funkce \u201etechnick\u00e9ho komisa\u0159e leteck\u00e9 v\u00fdkonn\u00e9 slu\u017eby\u201c, kterou zast\u00e1val Ing. Jan BERV\u00cdDA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1929\/1930&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>MVP proch\u00e1zelo reorganizac\u00ed a&nbsp;velk\u00fdmi zm\u011bnami ve spr\u00e1v\u011b civiln\u00edho letectv\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>20.&nbsp;8.&nbsp;1929&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>Ing. J. BERV\u00cdDA p\u0159evzal nov\u011b z\u0159\u00edzen\u00fd post \u201evrchn\u00edho ministersk\u00e9ho komisa\u0159e ve v\u00fdkonn\u00e9 slu\u017eb\u011b ministra civiln\u00edho dopravn\u00edho letectv\u00ed\u201c. Z\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed funkce vedlo k&nbsp;pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00edmu vzniku spr\u00e1vn\u00edho org\u00e1nu pro v\u00fdkon st\u00e1tn\u00ed spr\u00e1vy ve v\u011bcech civiln\u00edho letectv\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leteck\u00fd odbor III.B (LO III.B) tvo\u0159ila:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>.<\/strong><strong> Odd. 13a<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; S&nbsp;agendou spr\u00e1vn\u00edch a technick\u00fdch z\u00e1le\u017eitost\u00ed, leteck\u00fdch lini\u00ed, v&nbsp;\u010dele s&nbsp;Ing. Odd. 13b&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>Pro zkou\u0161en\u00ed letadel, letadlov\u00fdch motor\u016f, leteck\u00e9ho person\u00e1lu, veden\u00ed Leteck\u00e9ho rejst\u0159\u00edku a v\u00fdkonn\u00fdch letc\u016f, v&nbsp;\u010dele s&nbsp;Ing. dr. tech. Gustavem \u0160T\u00cdCHEM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>. Odd. 14&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>Z\u00e1le\u017eitosti pozemn\u00ed organizace a \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed leteck\u00e9ho provozu, RWY\/TWY, \u00fadr\u017eby provozn\u00edch ploch, komunikac\u00ed, vodohospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch staveb, pozemn\u00edch sv\u011bteln\u00fdch a zabezpe\u010dovac\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, tra\u0165ov\u00e9ho zabezpe\u010den\u00ed letov\u00e9ho provozu, v&nbsp;\u010dele s Ing. Jarom\u00edrem NAJBRTEM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do letectv\u00ed vstupovalo \u201eOdd\u011blen\u00ed 26b\u201c s&nbsp;agendou z\u00e1konn\u00fdch a pr\u00e1vn\u011b spr\u00e1vn\u00edch z\u00e1le\u017eitost\u00ed v&nbsp;letectv\u00ed, automobilov\u00e9 a vodn\u00ed dopravy a m\u00edrov\u00fdmi smlouvami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.&nbsp;4. \u2013 11.&nbsp;4.&nbsp;1930&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>Praha poprv\u00e9 hostila \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky plen\u00e1rn\u00edho zased\u00e1n\u00ed Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed leteck\u00e9 Konference (CAI &#8211; Conference Aeronautique International). \u010cSR zastupoval Ing. V. ROUB\u00cdK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>31.&nbsp;12.&nbsp;1932 <\/strong>Leteck\u00fd rejst\u0159\u00edk <strong>MVP<\/strong> evidoval 141 letadel (z&nbsp;toho 106 stroj\u016f dom\u00e1c\u00ed konstrukce, 15 stroj\u016f z&nbsp;licen\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdroby \u010ds. leteck\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu, 20 zahrani\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdroby), 45 dopravn\u00edch letadel, 2 amat\u00e9rsk\u00e1 a 3 balony<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>20.&nbsp;1.&nbsp;1933&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>V&nbsp;Leteck\u00e9m rejst\u0159\u00edku MVP bylo zaps\u00e1no 270 letc\u016f, z&nbsp;toho 70 dopravn\u00edch pilot\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>28.&nbsp;2.&nbsp;1933&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>MVP vydalo \u201ePravidla o minim\u00e1ln\u00edch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch zp\u016fsobilosti k&nbsp;l\u00e9t\u00e1n\u00ed\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>22.&nbsp;3. \u2013 23.&nbsp;3.&nbsp;1933 <\/strong>V&nbsp;Praze na Starom\u011bstsk\u00e9 radnici se uskute\u010dnilo<strong> XXXI. zased\u00e1n\u00ed \u201eMezin\u00e1rodn\u00edho sdru\u017een\u00ed leteck\u00fdch dopravc\u016f\u201c (IATA &#8211; International Air Transport Association), <\/strong>kter\u00e9mu p\u0159edsedal gen. \u0159editel IATA, van den BERCH van HEEMSTEDE. \u010ceskoslovensko zastupoval Ing. V. ROUB\u00cdK, n\u00e1m. ministra MVP a \u0159editel \u010cSA, Ing. Franti\u0161ek STO\u010cES.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ve&nbsp;dvacetilet\u00e9 existenci \u201ePrvn\u00ed \u010deskoslovensk\u00e9 republiky\u201c (1918-1938) se ve veden\u00ed MVP vyst\u0159\u00eddalo 15 ministr\u016f v&nbsp;po\u0159ad\u00ed: Franti\u0161ek STAN\u011aK, Anton\u00edn HAMPL, Bohuslav VRBENSK\u00dd, Franti\u0161ek KOVA\u0158\u00cdK, Alois TU\u010cN\u00dd, Anton\u00edn SRBA, Rudolf ML\u010cOCH, V\u00e1clav ROUB\u00cdK, Franz SPINA, Jan DOST\u00c1LEK, Ludv\u00edk CZECH, Jan DOST\u00c1LEK (dvakr\u00e1t), Franti\u0161ek NOS\u00c1L, Karel HUS\u00c1REK, Dominik \u010cIPERA. Na prahu II. sv\u011btov\u00e9 v\u00e1lky ve&nbsp;vl\u00e1d\u011b \u201eDruh\u00e9 \u010deskoslovensk\u00e9 republiky\u201c byl ministrem dopravy div. gen. Ing. Alois ELI\u00c1\u0160 (1.&nbsp;12.&nbsp;1938 \u2013 15.&nbsp;3.&nbsp;1939)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>29.&nbsp;9.&nbsp;1938&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>P\u0159edehru II. sv\u011btov\u00e9 v\u00e1lky obstaraly \u010dty\u0159i evropsk\u00e9 mocnosti, N\u011bmecko, Francie, Spojen\u00e9 kr\u00e1lovstv\u00ed Velk\u00e9 Brit\u00e1nie a Severn\u00edho Irska, a kr\u00e1lovstv\u00ed It\u00e1lie, dojedn\u00e1n\u00edm tzv. \u201eMnichovsk\u00e9 dohody\u201c, ve F\u00fchrerbau, representativn\u00edm s\u00eddle n\u011bmeck\u00e9 \u201eN\u00e1rodn\u011b socialistick\u00e9 d\u011blnick\u00e9 strany\u201c (NSDAP &#8211; Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.&nbsp;10.&nbsp;1938&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>Prezident republiky prof. JUDr. Edvard BENE\u0160, PhDr. odstoupil z&nbsp;funkce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.&nbsp;10.&nbsp;1938&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>Vznikla samospr\u00e1va \u201eSlovenska a Podkarpatsk\u00e9 Rusi\u201c, \u010ceskoslovensk\u00e1 republika se stala \u201e\u010cesko-Slovenskou republikou\u201c, m\u00e9n\u011b ofici\u00e1ln\u011b <strong>\u201e\u010cesko-Slovenskem\u201c.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2<\/strong><strong>2.&nbsp;10.&nbsp;1938 <\/strong>V rann\u00edch hodin\u00e1ch za p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e9ho utajen\u00ed, prezident jako soukrom\u00e1 osoba s&nbsp;chot\u00ed Hanou a doprovodem, odlet\u011bl do exilu ve V. Brit\u00e1nii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>OBDOB\u00cd 1939-1944<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>14.&nbsp;3.&nbsp;1939&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>Slovensko vyhl\u00e1silo samostatnost pod ochranou N\u011bmecka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>15.&nbsp;3.&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>1939&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>R\u00e1no v&nbsp;06:00 hod. se ze severu, z\u00e1padu i jihu dala do pohybu \u010dela n\u011bmeck\u00fdch \u00fato\u010dn\u00fdch arm\u00e1d. Ruzy\u0148sk\u00e9 leti\u0161t\u011b obsadila 7. Flieger Division Luftwaffe. Ostatn\u00ed \u010ds. leti\u0161t\u011b byla okupov\u00e1na, leteck\u00fd pr\u016fmysl zabr\u00e1n, pluky \u010ds. arm\u00e1dy rozpu\u0161t\u011bny. N\u011bmci uko\u0159istili 1586 letadel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pozn\u00e1mka \u010d. 6)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>K&nbsp;t\u00e9mu\u017e datu \u010cSA a \u010ceskoslovensk\u00e1 leteck\u00e1 spole\u010dnost, a. s. m\u011bly asi 320 zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, jejich\u017e po\u010det postupn\u011b klesl na 80. Ob\u011b spole\u010dnosti musely opustit hang\u00e1rov\u00e9 prostory, co N\u011bmci ozna\u010dili za nepot\u0159ebn\u00e9, uskladnit ve skladech Elektrick\u00fdch podnik\u016f v&nbsp;Ko\u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00edch nebo zlikvidovat. Mnoho materi\u00e1lu a dokument\u016f se zam\u011bstnanc\u016fm a pracovn\u00edk\u016fm MVP poda\u0159ilo ukr\u00fdt do m\u00edst, kde p\u0159e\u010dkaly cel\u00e9 v\u00e1le\u010dn\u00e9 obdob\u00ed t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 neporu\u0161eny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u011bmeck\u00fd prezidi\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0161\u00e9f Ministerstva dopravy a techniky usiloval zapojit co nejv\u00edce \u010ds. leteck\u00fdch odborn\u00edk\u016f do n\u011bmeck\u00e9ho leteck\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu. Pracovn\u00edmu \u00fa\u0159adu mezi prvn\u00edmi dal k&nbsp;dispozici prof. dr. Ing. O. BR\u016eHU, dr. Ing. J. MARKA, Ing. F. ZELEN\u00c9HO, Ing. A. JANOU\u0160KA, pozd\u011bji je\u0161t\u011b Ing. WEYSSERA. Do konce r. 1943 z&nbsp;p\u016fvodn\u00edho Leteck\u00e9ho odboru ode\u0161la v\u00edce jak polovina \u010ds. odborn\u00edk\u016f. N\u011bmci nezapomn\u011bli na \u201eSvaz letc\u016f\u201c ani na p\u016fvodn\u00ed \u201eAeroklub Republiky \u010ceskoslovensk\u00e9\u201c, z\u00e1kladny ileg\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010dinnosti a organiz\u00e1tory p\u0159echod\u016f \u010ds. letc\u016f do zahrani\u010d\u00ed. \u010cetn\u00ed funkcion\u00e1\u0159i byli pozat\u00fdk\u00e1ni, organizace rozpu\u0161t\u011bny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>26.&nbsp;4.&nbsp;1939&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>V&nbsp;platnost vstoupily n\u011bkter\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti \u201e\u0158\u00ed\u0161sk\u00e9ho leteck\u00e9ho pr\u00e1va<strong>\u201c.<\/strong> Kr\u00e1tce pot\u00e9 vznikl \u201eLeteck\u00fd \u00fa\u0159ad\u201c, byla provedena na\u0159\u00edzen\u00e1 zm\u011bna zna\u010dky st\u00e1tn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161nosti letadel z&nbsp;\u201eOK\u201c na \u201eD\u201c a \u010ds. leteck\u00fd provoz byl prakticky ukon\u010den.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.&nbsp;7.&nbsp;1939&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>Na ruzy\u0148sk\u00e9m leti\u0161ti zah\u00e1jilo \u010dinnost nov\u00e9 velen\u00ed \u201eFliegerhorst-Kommandantur Prag-Rusin\u201c,&nbsp;pod\u0159\u00edzeno plze\u0148sk\u00e9mu velitelstv\u00ed leti\u0161tn\u00ed oblasti \u201eLuftgau-Kommando VIII\u201c. MVP bylo zru\u0161eno a z&nbsp;\u010ds. \u201eLeteck\u00e9ho odboru<strong> \u201c<\/strong> z\u016fstala pouze m\u00e1lo po\u010detn\u00e1 \u201eodborn\u00e1 skupina\u201c,&nbsp;p\u0159evedena na Ministerstvo dopravy, z\u0159\u00edzen\u00e9 slou\u010den\u00edm Ministerstev \u017eeleznic, po\u0161t a telegraf\u016f. Resort dopravy d\u00e1le vedl div. gen. A. ELI\u00c1\u0160, 19.&nbsp;6.&nbsp;1942 N\u011bmci popraven v&nbsp;Praze-Kobylis\u00edch za odbojovou \u010dinnost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1942 \u2013 1945 <\/strong>JAN LICHNER byl v lond\u00fdnsk\u00e9 exilov\u00e9 vl\u00e1d\u011b pov\u011b\u0159en z\u00e1le\u017eitostmi MVP. Vznikla \u201eLeteck\u00e1 poradn\u00ed komise\u201c s \u00fakolem&nbsp;p\u0159ipravit pov\u00e1le\u010dn\u00e9 uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed \u010deskoslovensk\u00e9 leteck\u00e9 dopravy. Do \u010dinnosti komise byl zapojen G\/Cpt. pplk. Alois KUBITA s&nbsp;velk\u00fdmi zku\u0161enostmi \u010ds. vojensk\u00e9ho leteck\u00e9ho p\u0159id\u011blence ve Velk\u00e9  Brit\u00e1nii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.&nbsp;11. \u2013 7.&nbsp;12.&nbsp;1944 <\/strong>Z&nbsp;podn\u011btu F. D. Roosevelta, prezidenta USA, v Chicagu (st\u00e1t Illinois) prob\u00edhala Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed konference, na n\u00ed\u017e byla sjedn\u00e1na \u201e\u00damluva o mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edm civiln\u00edm letectv\u00ed\u201c (International Civil Aviation Convention; \u00daMCL), zn\u00e1m\u00e1 jako \u201eChicagsk\u00e1 \u00famluva\u201c. \u010clenem \u010deskoslovensk\u00e9 exilov\u00e9 delegace byl A.
