Toto na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed zavedlo mimo jin\u00e9 zm\u011bny v&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edstupu k&nbsp;\u00fadr\u017eb\u011b vybran\u00fdch \u201elehk\u00fdch\u201c letadel&nbsp;a v&nbsp;d\u016fsledku toho se za\u010daly pou\u017e\u00edvat jin\u00e9, zjednodu\u0161en\u00e9 postupy \u00fadr\u017eby. V\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9 na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed se ale nevztahuje na letadla dle Annexu I Na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed Evropsk\u00e9ho parlamentu a Rady (EU) 2018\/1139, tzv. \u201eannexov\u00e1 letadla\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Z&nbsp;d\u016fvod\u016f, aby se n\u00e1rodn\u00ed legislativa v&nbsp;oblasti pokra\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed zp\u016fsobilosti p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017eila evropsk\u00e9, rozhodl se \u00daCL vydat zm\u011bnu \u010d. 9 sm\u011brnice CAA-TI-011-9\/97 \u201ePo\u017eadavky \u00daCL na prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed \u00fadr\u017eby a preventivn\u00ed \u00fadr\u017eby\u201c. Tato sm\u011brnice je platn\u00e1 jen pro annexov\u00e1 letadla a umo\u017e\u0148uje za ur\u010dit\u00fdch podm\u00ednek odchylky od \u00fadr\u017ebov\u00fdch lh\u016ft dan\u00fdch dr\u017eitelem Typov\u00e9ho osv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed (TC), podobn\u011b, jako je tomu u letadel transferovan\u00fdch. Do\u0161lo rovn\u011b\u017e ke zjednodu\u0161en\u00ed a zp\u0159ehledn\u011bn\u00ed cel\u00e9 sm\u011brnice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.caa.gov.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/CAA-TI-011-n-97_pod.pdf\" class=\"mtli_attachment mtli_pdf\">CAA-TI-011-n\/97 Po\u017eadavky \u00daCL na prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed \u00fadr\u017eby a preventivn\u00ed \u00fadr\u017eby &#8220;annexov\u00fdch letadel&#8221;<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Vzhledem k&nbsp;tomu, \u017ee annexov\u00e1 letadla jsou obecn\u011b letadla star\u0161\u00ed a m\u00e9n\u011b podporovan\u00e1 dr\u017eitelem TC, ne\u017e jsou letadla transferovan\u00e1, nen\u00ed \u00farove\u0148 \u201eliberalizace\u201c \u00fadr\u017eby u nich tak \u0161irok\u00e1, jako u transferovan\u00fdch letadel.
