{"id":21649,"date":"2020-07-02T12:37:07","date_gmt":"2020-07-02T10:37:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.caa.cz\/?post_type=news&#038;p=21649"},"modified":"2020-07-02T12:37:08","modified_gmt":"2020-07-02T10:37:08","slug":"seminar-k-prevenci-neopravneneho-naruseni-vzdusneho-prostoru","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/www.caa.gov.cz\/en\/news\/seminar-k-prevenci-neopravneneho-naruseni-vzdusneho-prostoru\/","title":{"rendered":"Semin\u00e1\u0159 k prevenci neopr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00e9ho naru\u0161en\u00ed vzdu\u0161n\u00e9ho prostoru"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ve st\u0159edu 24. 6. 2020 se ve velk\u00e9 zasedac\u00ed m\u00edstnosti \u00da\u0159adu pro civiln\u00ed letectv\u00ed uskute\u010dnil <strong><u>semin\u00e1\u0159 k prevenci neopr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00e9ho naru\u0161en\u00ed vzdu\u0161n\u00e9ho prostoru<\/u><\/strong> (<em>Airspace Infringement<\/em> &#8211; ASI). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00edlem semin\u00e1\u0159e, jeho\u017e se \u00fa\u010dastnili z\u00e1stupci \u00daCL, Ministerstva obrany, Vzdu\u0161n\u00fdch sil Arm\u00e1dy \u010cR, \u00daZPLN, \u0158LP \u010cR, s.p., Ae\u010cR a LAA, bylo zlep\u0161en\u00ed pov\u011bdom\u00ed o naru\u0161en\u00ed vzdu\u0161n\u00e9ho prostoru a opat\u0159en\u00edch k jejich prevenci s\u00a0vyu\u017eit\u00edm dostupn\u00fdch statistick\u00fdch informac\u00ed o hl\u00e1\u0161en\u00fdch ud\u00e1lostech ASI a v\u00e9st odbornou diskuzi k\u00a0\u00fa\u010dinnosti sou\u010dasn\u00fdch preventivn\u00edch opat\u0159en\u00ed a sou\u010dasn\u011b pohovo\u0159it o mo\u017en\u00fdch zlep\u0161en\u00edch prevence ud\u00e1lost\u00ed ASI. \u00a0V\u00a0r\u00e1mci semin\u00e1\u0159e byl prezentov\u00e1n nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fd trend v\u00fdskytu ud\u00e1lost\u00ed ASI v posledn\u00edch letech v\u00a0\u010cR, v\u010detn\u011b detailn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed anal\u00fdzy zainteresovan\u00fdch kategori\u00ed letadel, typ\u016f letov\u00e9 \u010dinnosti, typ\u016f naru\u0161ovan\u00fdch prostor\u016f a jejich geografick\u00e9 polohy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fd trend pokra\u010doval v\u00a0minul\u00fdch letech i po implementaci \u0159ady opat\u0159en\u00ed doporu\u010den\u00fdch agenturou EUROCONTROL, v\u00a0r\u00e1mci tzv. \u201e<em>European Action Plan for Airspace Infringement Risk Reduction<\/em>\u201c. Zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 bylo zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, \u017ee nejv\u00edce naru\u0161ovan\u00fdmi prostory nejsou vyhla\u0161ovan\u00e9 prostory pro vojenskou \u010dinnost (tzv. AMC manageable), ale prostory pevn\u00e9 struktury vzdu\u0161n\u00e9ho prostoru \u010cR, jako nap\u0159. CTR, TMA, MCTR, MTMA.
