The Civil Aviation Authority of the Czech Republic <\/strong>in accordance with the article 71 (1) of the 2018\/1139 EU regulation (Basic Regulation) has granted an exemption<\/strong> by declaration of the Director of the Flight Division from FCL.130.S, FCL.140.S, \u00a0FCL.230.S, FCL.805, FCL.815, FCL.830 and FCL.940 requirements of the EU 1178\/2011 regulation (Aircrew Regulation) and \u00a0SFCL.155, SFCL.160, SFCL.205 and SFCL.215 of the EU 2018\/1976 regulation (Sailplane Pilot Regulation) valid for ratings endorsed in the licences of sailplane pilots issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Czech Republic and privileges endorsed in log books <\/strong>(the Exemption).<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
