Z&nbsp;toho d\u016fvodu nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 prov\u00e1d\u011bt kontroly letadel p\u0159i dovozu do&nbsp;\u010cR ze t\u0159et\u00edch zem\u00ed dle standardn\u00edch postup\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vzhledem ke snaze zajistit i v&nbsp;tomto obdob\u00ed mo\u017enost dovozu a uveden\u00ed do provozu letadla ze t\u0159et\u00ed zem\u011b, p\u0159istoupil \u00daCL v&nbsp;takov\u00fdchto p\u0159\u00edpadech k&nbsp;vyd\u00e1n\u00ed Povolen\u00ed k&nbsp;letu (Permit to Fly) pro p\u0159elet letadla ze t\u0159et\u00ed zem\u011b do \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159ed vyd\u00e1n\u00edm Povolen\u00ed k&nbsp;letu mus\u00ed b\u00fdt letadlo zapsan\u00e9 v&nbsp;Leteck\u00e9m rejst\u0159\u00edku \u010cR a mus\u00ed m\u00edt schv\u00e1len\u00fd Program \u00fadr\u017eby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doklady letov\u00e9 zp\u016fsobilosti budou vyd\u00e1ny po fyzick\u00e9 prohl\u00eddce letadla a po kontrole dokumentace k&nbsp;letadlu po p\u0159\u00edletu do \u010cR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bli\u017e\u0161\u00ed informace budou \u017eadateli sd\u011bleny p\u0159i pod\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dosti o vyd\u00e1n\u00ed OLZ (Odd\u011blen\u00ed dopravn\u00edch letadel, Odd\u011blen\u00ed mal\u00fdch letadel).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Platnost ARC<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dakonem, na kter\u00fd je mo\u017en\u00e9 ud\u011blit v\u00fdjimku, je <strong>t\u0159et\u00ed prodlou\u017een\u00ed platnosti ARC u letadel \u0159\u00edzen\u00fdch CAMO&nbsp;\/&nbsp;CAO organizac\u00ed<\/strong> v&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 ze strany CAMO&nbsp;\/&nbsp;CAO organizace prov\u00e9st \u00faplnou kontrolu letov\u00e9 zp\u016fsobilosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ARC bude mo\u017en\u00e9 prodlou\u017eit maxim\u00e1ln\u011b o 8 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f a v\u00fdjimka bude ud\u011blena bez&nbsp;spr\u00e1vn\u00edho poplatku podle polo\u017eky 55 Zmocn\u011bn\u00ed ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed poplatku za zm\u011bny v&nbsp;dokladech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bli\u017e\u0161\u00ed informace budou \u017eadateli sd\u011bleny p\u0159i komunikaci s&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdm odd\u011blen\u00edm (Odd\u011blen\u00ed dopravn\u00edch letadel, Odd\u011blen\u00ed mal\u00fdch letadel).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Platnost opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00ed<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00ed k&nbsp;v\u00fdrob\u011b, \u00fadr\u017eb\u011b  a k&nbsp;\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed zachov\u00e1n\u00ed letov\u00e9 zp\u016fsobilosti v&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, kdy dojde k p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed dvoulet\u00e9ho auditn\u00edho obdob\u00ed, kdy z&nbsp;d\u016fvodu nouzov\u00e9ho stavu nebude mo\u017en\u00e9 prov\u00e9st audit organizace ze strany \u00daCL, tato opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00ed z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed v&nbsp;platnosti na z\u00e1klad\u011b administrativn\u00edho auditu a vystaven\u00ed Doporu\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed zpr\u00e1vy pro zachov\u00e1n\u00ed platnosti opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00ed (intern\u00ed dokument \u00daCL). Celkov\u00fd audit bude proveden v&nbsp;nejkrat\u0161\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 dob\u011b podle aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed situace nouzov\u00e9ho stavu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bli\u017e\u0161\u00ed informace budou \u017eadateli sd\u011bleny p\u0159i komunikaci s&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdm odd\u011blen\u00edm (Odd\u011blen\u00ed v\u00fdroby, Odd\u011blen\u00ed \u00fadr\u017eby).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Po ukon\u010den\u00ed cestovn\u00edch restrikc\u00ed<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00daCL p\u0159estane posuzovat nov\u00e9 \u017e\u00e1dosti o vyd\u00e1n\u00ed OLZ, prodlou\u017een\u00ed platnosti ARC a p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed dvoulet\u00e9ho auditn\u00edho obdob\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdm postupem a za\u010dne vy\u0159izovat agendu standardn\u00edmi postupy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pozn\u00e1mka:<\/strong> V&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b vyd\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed prvn\u00edho povolen\u00ed k&nbsp;letu (PtF) podle Hlavy&nbsp;P Na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed Komise (EU) \u010d.&nbsp;748\/2012 nov\u011b vyroben\u00fdm letadl\u016fm pro jin\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dely, ne\u017e je uvedeno v&nbsp;21.A.701(a), body 1 a 2 (v\u00fdvoj a prokazov\u00e1n\u00ed po\u017eadavk\u016f p\u0159edpis\u016f), se v\u00fdjimka ze z\u00e1kladn\u00edho na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed neud\u011bluje. \u00daCL posoud\u00ed po\u017eadovanou dokumentaci k&nbsp;letadlu, v\u010d. letov\u00fdch podm\u00ednek, bez fyzick\u00e9 kontroly letadla. Po odstran\u011bn\u00ed nedostatk\u016f \u010di stanoven\u00ed dodate\u010dn\u00fdch omezen\u00ed, \u00daCL vyd\u00e1 \u017eadateli PtF s platnost\u00ed jen na 6 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f.
