Agentura EASA uve\u0159ejnila dne 3. \u00fanora 2020 na sv\u00fdch internetov\u00fdch str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch EASA Safety Information Bulletin (SIB) \u010d. 2020-03 \u2013 Data Link Exemptions and Flight Plans<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Tento SIB m\u00e1 za c\u00edl informovat zainteresovan\u00e9 strany o existenci v\u00fdjimky z po\u017eadavk\u016f na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed (ES) \u010d. 29\/2009, kter\u00e9 se t\u00fdkaj\u00ed vybaven\u00ed datov\u00fdm spojem (schopnosti CPDLC ATN VDL Mode 2), a doporu\u010dit jednotn\u00fd zp\u016fsob uv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed souvisej\u00edc\u00ed informace v\u00a0letov\u00e9m pl\u00e1nu v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b uplat\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u00e9to v\u00fdjimky. V\u00a0t\u00e9to souvislosti bude tak\u00e9 upraven AIP \u010cR. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
